Yvonne Evers

Founder/CEO

Yvonne Evers is Owner and CEO of YME Coaching & Consulting, LLC located in Madison, WI. The mission of YME is to help executives and board members drive organizational success with confidence and ease. This mission is accomplished by ensuring that organizational leaders and board members have the knowledge and resources that they need to be successful.

Yvonne is also the Founder and CEO of SUCCESSIONapp, LLC and the creator of SUCCESSIONapp™, a unique online tool that simplifies the process for board, CEO, and management succession planning.

She is the author of the book PEAK Credit Union Board Performance – 5 Key Strategies to Reach the Top, an executive coach and a sought-after speaker.

Yvonne has a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin
and is trained in executive and personal coaching. She has been assisting executives
and boards for over 25 years. She is currently the Chair of the Board of the $2.3B
University of Wisconsin Credit Union in Madison, WI.

Shari J. Goodwin

Shari J. Goodwin is an innovative business strategist, executive coach, author, speaker, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience. Shari provides executive level coaching services as a subcontractor to YME through her consulting firm Jaeger2. She started four companies and served as Director of Program Strategy for a global engineering firm. One of her start-ups, an information technology staffing and consulting firm, generated $2.1 million in its first year. As a former environmental scientist, responsible for matrixed teams and direct reports, she led the development of winning proposals valued to $65 million.

A highly sought-after executive coach and management consultant, Shari is author of the inspirational Amazon best-seller, “Take the Reins! 7 Secrets to Inspired Leadership.” She specializes in working with firms in transition and building trusted, resonant leaders who inspire and motivate others.

Shari holds a Master’s degree in biology, undergraduate degrees in Zoology and
English, and is trained in executive and personal coaching and equine-assisted
psychotherapy. She is a member of the Board for George Mason University’s Women in
Business Initiative, serves on the Steering Committee for Women in Technology’s
Women Business Owners, holds memberships with several Chambers of Commerce,
and is a certified instructor with the Equine Experiential Education Association.

Katie McCloskey

Independent Consulting Partner

Katie has over 25 years of experience working in Human Resources, is an experienced Human Resource Consultant and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Katie is the owner of Strengths Navigators, LLC and provides professional contractor services in executive coaching and leadership development services around the Strength Finders instrument. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

The knowledge she’s gained working with a vast array of organizations, teams and individuals at varying organizational levels, studying thousands of jobs as a Human Resource Consultant, coupled with her experience developing and implementing performance management/employee development programs, provides her with a unique perspective for coaching individuals and teams.

She has a heartfelt belief in others and what they can achieve when they really know and understand their own natural talents, work to build their own talents into strengths and then leverage their strengths towards achievement of a goal. Her logical, disciplined approach creates security and certainty with her clients. Her goal is to create self-reliance in others by training, coaching and empowering her clients to create and understand their own internal measures and motivators. One of her greatest joys is to watch a team, individual, or organization achieve their goals.
